Startup pet goods brand Lucy & Co. partnered with IDK to expand their product line with more functional offerings while preserving their trend-forward identity. Through concept exploration and a robust industrial design process, we developed a no-pull dog harness & crossbody treat bag that balance performance, comfort, and brand expression, supporting Lucy & Co.’s move into Petco retail and broader online distribution through Chewy.
